Pros
- The ride quality is really comfortable thanks to its well-padded seat and soft suspension setup
- The large boot space and organiser can really useful for storing items and carrying them
- Brakes offer a sharp bite and enough confidence to the rider.
Cons
- New UI can get a bit laggy while moving around the functionalities
- The scooter feels underpowered on inclines as it struggles to climb in the Smart Eco mode
- The long seat can be a bit flimsy and difficult to close due to the narrow locking socket.
