Ultraviolette Automotive is just taking its game to the next level, as over the period of next 12 months, the EV manufacturer is set to launch four brand-new products, entering into the highly competitive electric scooter market and rolling out more affordable electric motorcycles for everyday commuters.
The New VX-100 Platform
Ultraviolette has developed its new 100V architecture called the VX-100 platform. This robust platform has shown its potential in the newly launched X-47 Venom, which launched at an attractive price of Rs 2.65 lakh.
The brand has started with the X-47, because the crossover electric motorcycle has become the brand’s best-seller, as confirmed by Chief Technical Officer, Niraj Rajmohan. The VX-100 has been upgraded as Ultraviolette has smartly reduced the weight.

- Base Variant (7.5 kWh): It now weighs at just 180 Kg, which is an impressive 17 kg lighter than its predecessor. It also comes with an improved IDC range of 227 Km.
- Recon Variant (11kWh): It has reduced 13 kg of weight and now stands at 195 Kg, providing an impressive IDC range of 343 Km.
Ultraviolette Upcoming Electric Bikes & Scooters 2027
Initially slated for late 2026, Ultraviolette is all set to bring two highly anticipated products in its portfolio pushed to the first quarter of 2027. The delay is because of the extensive redesigns which needed to be seamlessly integrated with the powerful new 100V platform.
1. The Tesseract: This will mark Ultraviolette’s highly anticipated debut into the electric scooter segment.

2. The Shockwave: It will be a sleek, modern, next-generation motorcycle.
3. F77 Update: An upgraded version of the F77 sport-naked bike is in development.
However, Rajmohan has not revealed the exact launch timeline for these upcoming products, the current roadmap of four motorcycles and two scooters will make Ultraviolette’s lineup complete.
