Vinfast teams up with Global Assure for roadside assistance, customer service, and mobile charging solutions in India

Vinfast, a Vietnamese manufacturer is gearing up to launch their electric lineup in the Indian market. Vinfast is now collaborating with Global Assure in order to develop their customer service network in India. 

Global Assure will be provide the users of Vinfast a comprehensive on-road assistance which includes 24*7 online customer support with an exclusively developed call center, roadside assistance across the country, charging solutions, and mobile service operations to handle breakdowns and basic repairs related to EVs. 

VinFast's after-sales support in India

According to VinFast, Global Assure is one of the most top quality service providers in the Indian automobile industry, and this strategic alliance will result in an efficient after-sales service for VinFast users. The company will be introducing their VF7 and VF6 electric models later this year.

Reservations for VinFast SUVs are anticipated to start in July, with deliveries projected to kick off in September 2025.

VinFast India Vision

VinFast is poised to land on Indian soil by the close of this year. Soon the company will start booking for the VF7 and VF6 electric SUVs from the start of July. Both electric SUVs will be locally manufactured at Vinfast’s manufacturing facility soon to be set up in Tamil Nadu, which will have a production capacity of 50,000 units. 

It is expected that VF7 and VF6 will be priced competitively, thus VF 7 could compete with Mahindra XEV 9e and BYD Atto 3, while the VF 6 can be pitted against Hyundai Creta Electric, Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV. The company will soon introduce the prices and distribution strategy of both the SUVs.
