Mahindra rolls out a network of 180kW fast chargers at Bengaluru & Delhi.
Mahindra is developing a strategy to enhance their charging infrastructure by establishing 250 EV charging stations across the country, with a maximum power capacity of 180 kW. The company has already introduced two ultra-fast charging stations, defined as Charge_IN and the company will be expanding the current charging network to a total of 1,000 touchpoints till the end of 2027.

These two charging stations are placed in Hoskote on NH75, Bengaluru, and the other one situated in Murthal on NH44, at the outskirts of Delhi. These charging stations can charge EVs at the maximum 180 kW and have the capability to charge four EVs at once simultaneously.
According to Mahindra, there are around 248 more chargers to be installed on major highway corridors. There will be various amenities on offer such as restaurants and cafes, so that travellers won’t have to sit idle waiting for their EV to be fully charged.

Charge_IN Stations to be applicable for all EV owners.
Mahindra’s electric owners which comprises BE 6, XEV 9e, and the upcoming XEV 9S will be able to charge their SUVs from 20-80% in just 20 minutes of charge at the Charge_IN stations.
The charging process includes the use of Mahindra’s in-house “Me4U” app to locate Charge_IN stations, while the owners of other brands can also access the charging network through the ‘Charge_IN by Mahindra’ app.
