For any EV, a battery is the most important component, which costs around 70% of the total cost of the car. Nexon EV is one of the most popular electric cars of Tata and its batteries range around Rs 3.5 lakh to Rs 8 lakh, depending on the battery pack size.
The Nexon EV comes with various battery sizes which includes a 30 kWh battery pack and a 45 kWh battery pack. Tata Nexon EV Lifetime Battery Warranty
The Lifetime Battery warranty of Nexon EV is applicable to 8 years or 1,60,000 Km, whichever is earlier, and is only applicable under the following vehicle types and conditions.
- Registrations are done in the name of private individuals.
- Registrations are done under the company perk car scheme for employees, which includes subsequent transfers of the vehicle to the same employee. In the event, if the car is sold to a third party, then that third party will be treated as second owner under the lifetime battery-warranty plan.
