Skoda has announced crucial information about its upcoming new Vision O concept car, which is all set to launch in the international markets at the 2025 Munich Motor Show. The Skoda Vision O concept has revealed the design and technology vision for the Czech manufacturer’s upcoming future cars, followed by the next-generation Octavia EV. 

Skoda Vision O Concept Details

The Vision O concept will be developed on the advanced Skoda’s Modern Solid Design language, with a sharper and cleaner aesthetics, thus increasing the aerodynamic efficiency in their future cars which overall enhances the ride and handling experience. 

The silhouette displayed at the teaser image houses a steeply raked windscreen and roofline, with modern design elements like sharp LED headlights and tail-lamps, which seems to be a camera unit instead of a rearview mirror.

The Vision O will also underpin the next generation Octavia, which is slated to release at the end of this decade. As per Skoda, it will be developed for electric vehicle powertrains and will be using the EV-centric Volkswagen Group SSP (Scalable Systems Platform), thus ensuring that the next generation Octavia will be equipped with a fully-electric model. 

Skoda is all set to uncover the Vision O concept in September and we are excited to witness this. Stay tuned!
