The Rolls Royce Spectre Black Badge has been launched in India, with prices beginning at Rs 9.5 Crore.

Rolls-Royce has introduced their all-electric new Spectre Badge in India at a starting price of Rs 9.50 Crore (Ex-Showroom). Thanks to Rolls-Royce, the Spectre Black Badge has become one of the most costliest electric cars on sale in India.
Apart from being expensive, the ‘Black Badge’ branding has made it the most powerful as well. The British manufacturer will be providing the Spectre with the most powerful motors, thus making it an ideal choice for luxury and performance enthusiasts.
The worldwide debut of the Rolls-Royce Spectre Black Badge occurred in February of this year. However, this Black Badge model is priced higher, costing roughly Rs 1.88 crore more than the standard Spectre, which has a price of Rs 7.62 crore (ex-showroom).
Rolls Royce Spectre Black Badge Technical Specs
If we compare to the standard Spectre, The black badge has received mechanical upgrades which includes better optimised steering weight, better roll stabilisation, and more stiffen dampers, to handle the additional raw power generated from the motors.
POWER: The ‘Black Badge’ branding brings extra boost of power to the Rolls-Royce line-up, being power and performance as a key differentiating factor. This two-door electric sportscar comes with dual electric motors, one on each axle and generates a combined power of 650 BHP and 1,075 Nm of max torque, which is an increase of 65 BHP and 175 Nm of torque, when we directly compare it to standard Spectre.
The Black Badge can accelerate from 0-100 Kmph in just 4.1 seconds which is blazing fast and its peak power can be extracted via a dedicated ‘Infinity Mode’. To make things more exciting, Rolls Royce has also given a launch control, called ‘Spirited Mode’ to enjoy sudden surge of peak power.

This two-door electric coupe gets its powers from a massive 102 kWh battery pack that is capable of providing a significant range between 493-505 Kms of WLTP certified range on a single charge.
Rolls-Royce Spectre Black Badge: Exterior Upgrades
The Black Badge brings a host of premium exterior elements to the Spectre’s overall sophisticated design. True to its name, the model is highlighted by a dark theme that incorporates a black-chrome finish on the Pantheon grille, called Spirit of Ecstasy, Rolls-Royce badge, door handles, bumpers, and window surrounds.
The Black Badge features new 23-inch five-spoke alloy forged aluminium alloy wheels and comes with a new Vapour Violet paint option.
Rolls-Royce provides a whopping 44,000 colour options for their customers so that they can customize their Spectre Black badge according to their tastes and preferences. The backplate of the grille can also be personalized with custom colours according to the user's needs.
Rolls-Royce Spectre Black Badge: Interior Upgrades
There is a striking likeness between the Black Badge's interior and the standard Spectre. However to make things different and exclusive to the special edition, there is an addition of a new infinity logo on the passenger side of the dashboard which is defined as “Illuminated Fascia” and displays 5,500 stars of different proportions set at various intensity in Piano Black sky.
The stylish interiors also feature customised dials present on the digital instrument console with customisable five colour themes such as Neon Lights, Vivid Grellow, Cyan Fire, Ultraviolet, and Synth Wave set according to individual’s mood and preferences.
The Black Badge incorporates the new ‘Spirit’ operating system which brings all the connectivity systems and controls various other systems of the car. As a genuine four-seater, the Spectre includes rear seats that are distinguished by a central console styled like a waterfall, which also showcases the Black Badge Infinity Symbol.
