Tata Harrier EV Design & Features
Visually, the Harrier EV has a striking resemblance to its diesel powertrains, but to differentiate from its ICE siblings, the Harrier EV gets EV detailed inserts such as closed-off grille to improve the aerodynamics. The front bumpers are also revised and get a redesign with vertical satin silver slats to regulate the temperatures of the batteries and motor in order to keep them cool.
The front design is very much like the Harrier, showcasing a split headlamp arrangement, while the Harrier EV adds a connected strip for the daytime running lights. The side profile is also quite similar to the ICE variant, coming with few revised changes such as larger 18-inch alloy wheels designed with aero styling to enhance the efficiency. In addition to this, everything remains unchanged compared to the regular Harrier.
However what’s surprising is that Harrier EV doesn't get flush-style door handles coming in the Curvv EV and also recently spotted on new Altroz as well. The rear is majorly identical to the diesel model and continues to get a connected tail-light setup with slightly redesigned bumpers to give it a bold look.
FEATURES: The cabin of Harrier EV is highlighted with a dual-tone theme, as the interior finish is dependent on which variant you choose.
- Talking about the features it gets various segment first features such as an all-new 14.5-inch Samsung Neo QLED touchscreen infotainment system integrated with 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster.
- The infotainment system comes equipped with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as the instrument system can also display maps on the screen for better convenience.
- Other features include a new rotary dial which can be used to select six different terrain modes which are classified as Normal, Sand, Mud Ruts, Snow/Grass, Rock Crawl, and Custom.
