Deliveries of the Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition have commenced in Mumbai, with the first 16 units dispatched.

Mahindra has finally started the deliveries for their BE6 Batman Edition by delivering over 16 units to customers at a special high-profile event organised in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This event was attended by 100 members and guests, followed by actors like Sunny Singh and Aakansha Singh enhancing the star presence of the event.

The event was also designed with a specific Batman-inspired theme, thus creating an environment of a special car delivery and by offering family-friendly activities for children as parents celebrated the ownership of the 300 limited-edition models. Mahindra also provided a special Batman hamper from Warner Bros, thus making their delivery special. 

The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition is the first all-black version of the electric SUV which was priced at Rs 27.79 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the Batman Edition is totally similar to the standard model as it comes with additional Batman-styled design elements which are present on the exteriors as well as the interiors of the electric SUV. 

BE 6 Batman Edition: Design and Features

The BE 6 Batman Edition is complimented by Satin Black exterior with exclusive Batman decals and the “BE 6 * The Dark Knight” badging. The SUV rides on 20-inch alloy wheels and comes equipped with Alchemy Gold finish tailored for its suspension components. 

It also comprises multiple Bat emblems featured across BE 6’s exterior, which also includes hub caps, windows and rear windshield. It also comes with Infinity Roof and Night trail carpet lamps which adds to further thematic enhancements. 

The cabin is styled with suede and leather with gold sepia stitching and comes with Bat emblems everywhere to make the users feel it’s a special car. It is also highlighted with gold accents which extend towards the steering wheel, In-Touch controller, and Electronic Parking Brake, providing a premium look to the interiors. 

The plaque presented on the dashboard also comes embedded with individual numbering, thus showing the importance of these limited edition models. The infotainment system also comes with Batman Edition welcome animation, with the key fob and “Boost” button featuring Caped Crusader’s theme. 

BE 6 Batman Edition Battery & Performance

The BE 6 Batman Edition is the identical version of BE 6 Pack Three variant, which is powered by a substantial 79 kWh battery pack, which provides a significant range of 682 Km per charge and produces 285 BHP with 380 Nm of peak torque. It is also equipped with DC fast charging up to 175 kW, allowing the batteries to charge from 20-80% in just 20 minutes of timeframe. 

The regular 59 kWh battery pack generated a power of 230 HP, with both variants producing the same level of torque and setting performance benchmarks.
