Hyundai has just launched its most popular SUV Creta’s electric version, with prices starting from Rs 17.99 Lakh (Ex-Showroom). Creta Electric will come with six variants. Hyundai Creta Electric Powertrains & Motor

Hyundai will be powering Creta with two battery pack options: 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh. There are 6 variants to choose from: Executive, Smart, Smart (O), Premium, Smart (O) LR, Excellence LR. The smaller 42 kWh battery will be equipped with Executive, smart, Smart (O) and Premium Variants and has an ARAI-certified Range of 390 Km.

The bigger 51.4 kWh battery is available in the Smart (O) LR, and Excellence LR variants with an extended ARAI range of 473 Km.

2. 42 kWh produces 135 HP of power.

Charging

1. The 51.4 kWh battery can charge in 58 minutes from 10 to 80% with a DC fast charger and takes 4.5 hours of time via AC home charger.
2. The 42 kWh battery can also be fast charged in 58 minutes of time using a Fast charger, and with a home charger, it takes approx 4 Hours of time.
3. The top variants get a 11kW AC wall box charger at an additional cost of Rs 73,000.
