Kia India Broadens EV Charging Availability to Over 15,000 Locations in India.
Kia India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) in order to further enhance its charging infrastructure across the country, and expand the K-Charge ecosystem to more than 15,000 charging points across the country.
This strategic partnership will increase the charging accessibility for Kia EV consumers and will solve range anxiety, which is one of the biggest challenges in EV adoption.
Kia’s K-Charge Ecosystem
Kia has developed a specific EV charging ecosystem, called K-Charge, which can be accessed via MyKia App and Kia India website. What K-Charge does is it provides the customers to effectively locate charging points near to their location and also initiate payment for charging through a single digital interface.
The diverse network reduces the burden on standalone charging providers and makes EV charging a seamless experience for users. This infrastructure expansion is according to Kia India’s growing lineup of electric cars.

We are currently solidifying our K-Charge network that will ensure that Kia consumers can plan their journeys with ease as it is aligned with India’s broader transition to green mobility.”
