The Mahindra 3XO EV follows a scheduled maintenance plan which typically includes free checkups. The EV also comes with an 8-year or 1,60,000 Km battery warranty. 

• 1st Service: Rs 2,000 Km or 1-2 Months (Inspection)
• 2nd Service: 10,000 Km or 1 Years (Major Inspection)
• 3rd Service: 20,000 Km or 2 Years (Major Inspection)
• Subsequent: Every 10,000 Km or 1 Year (Periodic Maintenance)

Key Maintenance

The key maintenance components for 3XO EV includes. 

High Voltage System Check: A complete check-up of the battery pack, motor and power electronics. 

Coolant Inspection: Inspection of the coolant and topping up as it is used for the battery thermal management system.

Brake System: Checking of the brake pads and brake fluid, as EVs use regenerative braking, but physical brakes still require periodic inspections. 

Tyre Management: It requires tyre rotation and alignment check-ups after every 5,000-10,000 km to ensure even wear. 

Cabin Care: Replacement of the AC cabin filter and check-up of air conditioning system.
