Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq Edition Price Revealed | Launched at Rs 19.45 Lakh
Mahindra has just introduced the BE 6 Sporteq in India, which is basically a beefed-up version of the Mahindra BE 6. This special edition is launched at a starting price of Rs 19.45 lakh and 26.95 lakh (Ex-Showroom).
Mahindra has also reduced the upfront costs by providing an option of Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS). It also comes with multiple variants to choose from but the BaaS is only provided on the Sporteq One and Sporteq Two trim options. Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq Battery & Competition
The BE 6 Sporteq comes with an option of three battery packs to choose from: 59 kWh | 70 kWh | 79 kWh, which is classified into eight variants. This electric SUV will compete against rivals like Tata Sierra EV, Hyundai Creta Electric and MG Windsor.
The BaaS option is strictly available with 59 kWh specifically on the ONE and TWO variants.
Mahindra BE 6 Sporteq Features
- One of the biggest changes on the inside is the triple 12.3-inch display layout which is similar to the XEV 9e and XEV 9s.

- It also gets a redesigned dashboard that replaces the earlier loop around the driver with a clean horizontal layout, thus adding extra storage space and increased accessibility.
- The Launch Edition gets a specific Full Racing Tan interior layout with matching upholstery and dashboard trim.
- The BE 6 Sporteq introduces a completely new TEQ technology which focuses on connectivity, personalisation and vehicle functions. These comprise TEQ_Me, which automatically recognises the driver and loads its personal profile on the infotainment screen.

- It also gets TEQ_Talk with Google Gemini integration and TEQ_xting, which allows the driver to display its custom messages on the LED taillight display.
- The Sporteq also features an advanced TEQ_Drive which adds functions like Custom Drive Mode, Tribe Drive, Drift Mode, Acceleration Boost, and the new Revive SOS feature. According to Mahindra, the Revive SOS can provide enough range of 13 Km in order to find a nearest charging station after the battery reaches 0% SOC, and can be used up to 5 times.
