Tata Nexon EV Maintenance Costs and Expenses 2026

The Nexon EV stands out the most selling EV for Tata Motors as it has catered according to the Indian consumers. It comes with an option of a smaller 30 kWh (Medium Range) and bigger 45 kWh (Long Range) battery packs. The maintenance costs for Tata Nexon EV ranges between Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000.

Tata Nexon EV Service Schedule & Cost Details

Tata provides two free services which include general inspection and Check-up washing. The detailed service schedule is mentioned below.

1st Service (1,500 - 2,000 km / 2 Months): General Inspection

2nd Service (7,500 / 6 Months): Check-up & Wash

3rd Service (15,000 km / 12 Months): Detailed Inspection, Oil/Filter Change (If applicable) and overall maintenance.

Subsequent Services: It is advisable to have a service after every 15,000 km or 12 months, whichever is first.

NOTE: It is important to do regular software updates as it's crucial for system performance and its seamless operation. The 12V battery should also have regular maintenance and testing of the 12V system. Also check regularly for battery cooling systems by managing the optimum balance of fluid levels.
