VLF India is gearing up for the launch of their new electric scooter, and has teased about their new product on social media. While the company has not revealed the exact specifications about the scooter. However, the company has confirmed that the new scooter will be launched on April 2, 2025.

VLF’s new scooter is the affordable version of the VLF Tennis 1500 W, which is the company’s only electric scooter on sale in India. There are speculations that the new scooter will be the Tennis 4000 W, which is an even more powerful scooter and comes with higher battery in the international markets. 

The teaser video shows only a glimpse of the LED taillight of the new scooter, and strikes a resemblance to the one available in the VLF Tennis 1500 W, as it has a similar taillight shown in the teaser. The image also displays Milano branding. The teaser showcases the tagline, reading, “Something sleek, something sleek, something Italian.”

VLF Tennis 1500 W

The VLF Tennis 1500 W was sold in India last year. Priced at 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom), the scooter is designed with a retro theme and comes with three colours to choose from - SnowFlake White, Fire Fury Dark Red, and Slate Grey.

POWER: The VLF Tennis 1500 W comes with a 2.5 kWh battery pack and offers up to 130 Km range on a single charge. The top speed is rated at 65 kmph, and the scooter takes approximately three hours to get fully charged. 

The new scooter, which is expected to be the international version of Tennis 4000 W, generates 232 Nm of maximum torque and has a full speed of 100 Kmph. 

POWER: It comes with a 2.8 kWh battery pack and has a dedicated range of 100 Km on a single charge if driven at 40 kmph. The expected charge time taken to charge the batteries is 5 to 6 hours.
