MG Windsor EV Inspire Limited Edition Previewed Before Its Launch in India.

JSW MG Motors India is bringing a new limited edition to its hugely popular Windsor EV. After updating the lineup with the “Pro” variant earlier in 2025. Now the company is planning to update the Windsor lineup in order to give a fresh appeal right at the middle of the festive season. 

Before revealing the limited edition to the public, MG has showcased the teaser of the vehicle with a cryptic picture hiding the main details of the car, leaving everyone open for imaginations. There are a variety of additions to the limited edition which includes changes to front fascia, alloy wheels, and rear end of the vehicle. 

The teaser image displays the Windsor EV in a hangar, as there are speculations that visual changes are aviation-focussed, although it's not confirmed yet. Similarly, the cabin of the vehicle will feature aesthetic upgrades in order to match the updated exterior of the car. 

It is expected that EV will be also coming with new upholstery along with various new inserts on the seats and the dashboard and other elements of the car. All of these upgrades will result in increased prices over the regular model. On the other hand, the feature list of the EV is expected to be the same without any significant changes. 

Windsor EV Limited Edition Battery & Performance

The Windsor EV Limited Edition will be powered with the same technical specs as the Pro model. Talking about the MG Windsor Pro, it comes equipped with a bigger 52.9 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 449 km on a single charge, in comparison to the 332 Km range on the standard 38 kWh battery pack. 

It comes powered with an electric motor that generates maximum power output of 136 HP and a peak torque of 200 Nm.
