2025 MG Comet EV Unveiled with Exciting New Features. Discover Them Now!
MG Motors has just updated their Comet EV in the Indian Market. MG has updated the car according to the current standards and upgraded the feature list to make it an attractive option in the EV hatchback segment. Let’s discuss the new features of Comet 2025 in detail.
New Features
The New MG Comet 2025 gets a variety of new features such as a rear parking camera, power-folding outside rear-view mirrors, leatherette seats, and a new integrated 4-speaker audio system.
MG has also upgraded the Comet with Electronic Stability control and an electronic parking brake. They have also enhanced the comfort in Comet by offering a creep mode, which moves the car the moment you lift off the brake pedal. Earlier, the driver had to push the accelerator pedal to move the car.
This has increased the level of comfort, as it provides a seamless stop and go process, which is the most important highlight of owning an automatic car.
Updated Warranty

The 2025 Comet EV will come with five variants to choose from: Executive, Excite, Excite Fast Charge, Exclusive, and Exclusive Fast Charge. There is also an option of a BlackStorm Edition, available with a booking amount of Rs 11,000.
Now Let’s discuss the new additional features, these variants will be equipped with:
Excite & Excite FC: There is an addition of rear parking camera and power-folding outside rear view mirrors (ORVMs).
Exclusive & Exclusive FC: These variants come updated with leatherette seats and a 4-Speaker audio system, which adds the luxury quotient and enhances the in-cabin experience.
NOTE: Mechanically, there are no changes as the fast charging variants come with a tried and tested 17.4 kWh battery packs, providing a claimed range of 230 Km on a single full charge.
Prices
The updated prices for New Comet start at Rs 7 Lakh and goes to 9.81 lakh for the top Exclusive Fast Charge. The Battery Rental pricing starts at Rs 4.99 Lakh and goes till 7.80 Lakh. All prices mentioned here are Ex-Showroom.
