Ather presents a multi-language dashboard designed specifically for Indian customers.

One of India's biggest electric two-wheeler manufacturers, Ather has just introduced a multi-language dashboard interface for its family scooter Rizta. This interactive dashboard interface has added languages for the local people to have a better understanding of features in their native language.
The scooter’s dashboard will provide 8 regional languages - Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, thus making it more reachable to a wider range of people and making the process seamless to the local native people of their region.
The rollout launches with the Hindi language on the dashboard, with other regional languages to be available later. According to the sources from the Internet in India in 2024, the majority of Indians preferred their local native language to engage with their digital content.
It is shown that people using content in their native language have more familiarity and more connection to their roots and origin. They relate more with the content, whether it’s reading articles, watching videos, or gathering data.
Analysing this nature of Indians, Ather has implemented to bring their customers more connection with the brand by making the dashboard function in multiple languages.

AtherStack Software
This multi-language dashboard will be introduced through an over-the-air (OTA) software update to the Atherstack for existing and new Rizta Z owners.
The software is made in-house and comes in all Ather scooters. It provides various features like FallSafe, AutoHold, Whatsapp notifications on dashboard and live location sharing.
- It also includes Ping My Scooter, and Alexa Integration for providing a smooth user experience and strengthening the connectivity.
Scooter Variants
Ather has two different scooters available for different sets of audience based on performance and convenience: The Ather 450 and Rizta. Both the scooters are tested specifically for the Indian roads.
The Rizta launched in April 2024 is inclined more towards comfort, convenience and safety. It gets a large seat, flat dashboard, reverse button, and safety features such as disc brake and traction control.
- It even gets a premium sound system and a microphone which comes with a noise filtration, and Auto Wear detect sensors that automatically connect the helmet with the user’s phone.
