Delta and Compage have formalized their collaboration with a MoU for an electric 3W powertrain.

Power and Energy management solutions, Delta Electronics India are going to have a strategic alliance with Automation Systems Private Limited, having expertise in EV powertrain systems by signing with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership will be jointly focussing on promoting adoption of EV systems, specifically developed for India’s L5 electric three-wheeler segment.

According to this strategic alliance, Delta will be providing BDTS motor controllers and encoder solutions which will be used in Compage’s powertrain systems. The most interesting fact about Compage’s powertrains is that they are manufactured entirely in India, specifically aligning according to domestic production initiatives. 

The agreement is based on Compage’s 12 years of professional experience in the EV sector and will be supporting the growth of EV technology in India.
