The five-seater electric SUV’s interior is designed with a minimal yet sophisticated layout as the highlight is the 14.6-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, integrated with an 8.8-inch digital driver’s display. There is also a use of soft-touch materials with multi-layer construction. Leapmotor has claimed that this will result in more user comfort and less cabin odour.

Leapmotor B10 Battery & Power

POWER: Globally, the Leapmotor B10 is available with hybrid and EV versions as the B10 EV is powered by 67.1 kWh LFP battery pack integrated with an e-motor generating a maximum power output of 218 HP. 0-100 km/hr comes in 8 seconds with a claimed top speed of 171 km/hr. The certified range for all-electric B10 has 434 Km of range on a single charge.

Leapmotor B10: Where will it be positioned?

If the Leapmotor B10 is launched in the highly competitive Indian EV space, the competition will be solely dependent on the powertrain. On the EV side, The B10 could be positioned against rivals like Vinfast VF7, Tata Harrier EV, BYD Atto 3, and Hyundai Ioniq 5.

Currently, Stellantis is analysing the option of bringing Leapmotor EVs to India via the CKD route and assembling them at its Ranjangaon facility before implementing mass-scale localisation. However, the company has not confirmed its exact launch timeline in India.
