In the third round of teaser campaigns, which will be showcased at the Independence Day event, Mahindra has shown a glimpse of a rear look of the upcoming Vision X concept, as the Indian manufacturer is gearing up to introduce four new Mahindra concept SUVs, along with an introduction of a completely new platform, which is set to be revealed on August 15, followed by the addition to the XUV family.

Mahindra Vision X New Design Highlights

The latest rear teaser for the Vision X offers a sneak peek at what the back of the Vision X might look like, featuring a full-width LED tail lamp setup that closely resembles the XEV 9e. Additionally, the teaser image reveals a sculpted tailgate and pronounced rear haunches, though these elements don't seem to stand out as much as those of the previously teased Vision T and Vision SXT.

The bumper features a housing for the registration plate that resembles reflectors at the edges. Previous teasers of the Mahindra X offer a top-down perspective as well as a side view of the forthcoming concept.

Visually, the X-concept is very stylish and houses aesthetic lines on the bonnet, followed by a sharp design on the face with headlamps positioned at the bumper. The Vision X features eye-catching wheel-arch cladding and showcases the sleek design of its alloy wheels.

Vision T

According to these teaser images, we expect this concept to debut with a new model in the XUV lineup, and according to various speculations, it could be the much awaited XEV 7e, which will be more concentrated towards a traditional SUV alternative to the modern looking XEV 9e coupe SUV, or it could be a another performance model of the XEV 9e.

However these are just our opinions based on the teaser images as Mahindra has not revealed exact details about the Vision X, but it is expected that the Vision X could be engineered on Mahindra’s brand new ‘NU’ platform which could power ICE as well as fully electric powertrains.

All the details will be unveiled when the SUV is showcased on August 15, along with the other concepts, till then stay tuned for more updates as we will be updating our users about the latest developments on the Vision X concept.
