Hero Vida has teased the upcoming scooter yet again. Here's what you can look forward to.

Hero Motorcorp and Vida are jointly developing an electric scooter and have teased it again on their social media channels. Earlier, the company displayed a teaser image on the brand’ social media accounts just after the images were leaked on the internet. The company will officially introduce this scooter on July 1.
The teaser reveals only minor details about the scooter such as the front fascia where the scooter features a squarish LED headlamp with a completely new design and also features a red colour shadeThis new model, codenamed VX2, aims to offer a more affordable choice compared to the V2 in Hero's electric scooter collection.
The scooter was also spotted with a smaller TFT display and switchgear which are identical to the V2, it also comes with a physical keyhole, which clearly indicates that this scooter is exclusively made for budget conscious consumers.
Substantial rise in sales for FY 2025
The Hero brand is making a significant impact in the electric two-wheeler market with impressive sales. If we talk about sales, In FY2025, the company registered sales of 48,673 electric two-wheelers, thus witnessing an impressive growth of 175% from 17,720 units in FY2024.
This growth signifies that consumers are showing interest in the Vida range, which has a direct competition with major brands like Ola Electric, Ather Energy, Bajaj, TVS, and Ampere.
At a price point of Rs 74,000 to Rs 1,15,000 (Ex-Showroom), Hero's Vida V2 is currently available. There was a recent price revisal which has made the scooter an even more attractive entry-level option, thus underpricing several rivals in the market.
