The Ultraviolette X47's base variant is officially launched, priced at Rs 2.49 lakh.

The Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer, Ultraviolette X-47, which was launched last year in multiple trims and featured Hypersense radar system has been revised with an addition of a new base variant, called as X47, which has been mentioned at the company website, expanding to six variants.

The new base X47 misses out on the company's Hypersense radar suite, which comes equipped with various functionalities like rear collision warning, lane-change assist, overtake alerts and blind-spot detection. 

The specifications remain the same as compared to the X47 original as the electric motorcycle comes with the same 27 kW electric motor providing a claimed top speed of 145 km/hr and can go from 0-60 km/hr in just 2.8 seconds. It also features the same 7.1 kWh battery pack with a claimed IDC range of 211 Km. 

Coming to the features, the base variant comes equipped with dual-channel ABS, dynamic stability control, hill-hold and park assist as standard features. It also gets three riding modes -Glide, Combat and Ballistic along with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.
