Mercedes-Benz GLC Electric Bookings Open in India: Launch Date, Range and Key Details
Mercedes-Benz has opened bookings for the all-new GLC Electric in India, which is set to arrive in the country on November 4. As per the latest booking update, the luxury brand has opened its bookings for the electric SUV making it one of the most anticipated electric vehicles in India.

The Mercedes-Benz GLC Electric will be available in India in the GLC 400 4MATIC trim variant only. Unlike most of the luxury electric cars that are imported as a fully built unit, the Mercedes-Benz GLC Electric will be assembled in India at the Chakan plant in Pune. The India-spec GLC Electric is expected to cost around Rs 80-90 lakh (ex-showroom), however, the official price of the electric SUV will be announced by the brand later.
715 Km Range and 490hp Power

The international variant of the GLC 400 4MATIC EV uses a 94kWh battery pack, and a dual-motor AWD powertrain that delivers 490hp and 800Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 4.3 seconds and has a claimed WLTP range of up to 715Kms on a single charge.
The electric SUV can also support up to 330kW DC fast charging, with the manufacturer claiming that it will add up to 300km on a full charge within 10 minutes of plugging in. With bookings open, the Mercedes-Benz GLC Electric India launch is set to happen within less than a month, making it one of the most anticipated electric cars from the luxury brand.
