The electric Mercedes-Benz GLC has earned the prestigious title of "German Premium Car of the Year 2027".

The electric Mercedes-Benz GLC has bagged the “German Premium Car of the Year 2027”. The award was presented by the renowned jury of the “German Car of the Year Awards” (GCOTY) at the National Automobile Museum “The Loh Collection”. The jury was highly impressed by the overall concept and its balanced and comfortable driving characteristics of the new electric GLC.

The new electric GLC provides the feeling of “Welcome Home”, all thanks to its modern safety features and assistance systems.

Mercedes New Electric GLC Technical Details 

The new Electric GLC comes with highly advanced AIRMATIC air suspension technology and 4.5-degree rear axle steering providing superior driving experience and exceptional handling. At the same time, it also comes with a 128-litre frunk, which is super practical having a maximum towing capacity of 2.4 tonnes, thus making it highly practical yet flexible cruiser. 

INTERIORS: The dashboard is dominated by a large immersive 99.3 cm MBUX Hyperscreen, which is one of the largest displays from Mercedes-Benz. It comes powered by Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS). 

It seamlessly integrates infotainment, comfort, charging, and driver assistance systems, and comes with various Over-the-Air updates available via the Mercedes-Benz Intelligence Cloud. The ADAS systems are attached to the MB.DRIVE, which comes with standard features such as DISTRONIC adaptive cruise control and Park Assist.

Other features include SAE Level 2 assisted automated driving and a 360-Degree surround-view camera for parking, making electric GLC a highly advanced yet modern driving companion.
