The Mini Aceman is set to launch in India in 2026.
Mini is all set to introduce the Aceman EV specifically for the Indian market in 2026. Mini will be positioning the entry-level EV in India just below the Countryman Electric, and will likely be imported as a CBU unit. The Aceman EV is completely built on the extended version of the platform that underpins the Cooper electric available globally.
Mini Aceman: what is it all about?
The Aceman is a new entry into Mini’s international portfolio which was introduced in April 2024 at the Beijing Motor Show. The Aceman is largely based on the Cooper hatchback and is the only model from Mini that is exclusively sold in electric powertrain.
Dimension wise, the Aceman measures 4,076 mm in length, 1,754 mm in width, and 1,515 mm in height, making it 192 mm longer, 23 mm wider, and 130 mm taller than the Cooper hatchback. It is also available with two additional doors, thus making it more flexible than 3-door Cooper in the Indian market.
