Renault has officially introduced the 2026 Megane e-Tech Electric in the UK.

French Manufacturer Renault has revealed the updated Megane E-Tech electric, with a refreshed design, better range efficiency, connected car features, and option of dedicated two variants. The Renault Megane was first launched in 2022 as an important product for the company in the EV space, while the updated model will be establishing a strong foothold in the EV market.

Renault Megane e-Tech Electric Design 

Visually, the design of the Megane e-Tech has received a substantial upgrade as the front fascia has been completely revamped and now comes with prominent body-coloured bumper, signature eight diamond-shaped elements and an updated gloss-black closed grille that defines Renault’s latest design language. 

Apart from this, the repositioned Renault emblem and Daytime running lights (DRLs) adds to the character. Despite the various changes, Megane has carried over the same silhouette which includes its long wheelbase, sculpted wheel arches, flush door handles, and coupe-inspired roofline. 

The Megane e-Tech will be also available with two variants to choose from: Techno and Esprit Alpine. Both variants come equipped with upgraded technology, while the Esprit Alpine adds to the sportier design, exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels and premium interior enhancements.

Renault Megane e-Tech Electric Battery & Range 

POWER: The 2026 Renault Megane e-Tech will be powered with a 67 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery integrated with advanced cell-to-pack technology, with a wound-rotor synchronous electric motor generating 216.9 Bhp and peak torque of 300 Nm. 

The updated Renault Megane will provide a range of approximately 500 Km on a single charge and it has also got updated DC-fast charging capability that has the capability to charge the battery from 15-80% in just 24 mins via 165 kW DC fast charger.
