First Royal Enfield Flying Flea showroom to open in Paris in 2026

Royal Enfield will be soon launching its inaugural all-electric Flying Flea showroom in Paris next year. And for that, the company has revealed during the Paris Design Week that they will soon establish their inaugural Flying Flea showroom in Paris, France, in the early months of 2026.

Flying Flea to enter major Global Markets

Flying Flea has presented two new concepts for the international market at the EICMA 2024 event. These include the C6, which boasts a retro design as an electric roadster bike, and the S6, crafted as a dedicated scrambler. However, the company will be launching their first electric bike C6 in the global markets as C6 and S6 are based on the same platform, but are tailored to different purposes and tastes of the user. 

Royal Enfield was spotted testing their bikes in extreme rough terrains such as the Himachal for a long period of time and are undergoing extensive testing of the Himalayan electric test bed, which is signifying that the company is set to enter the highly competitive EV market soon. 

Flying Flea has employed more than 200 engineers across UK and India which are jointly developing the proprietary motor, battery and related advanced software technologies. 

Additionally, the company has created a focused manufacturing site at Royal Enfield’s Vallam Vadgal facility, and it plays a major role as an investor in Stark Future, a Spanish EV firm that is involved in the development of low-volume and high-performance electric off-road bikes, so it is a high possibility that the Royal Enfield could implement their technologies in their electric motorcycles. 

The company is eyeing Paris as their first international market where they will be selling their first lot of electric motorcycles and mark the Flying Flea’s official entry into European retail operations. 

The Chief Growth Officer at Flying Flea and Royal Enfield Vehicles, Mario Alvisi, expressed his views on this and said that, “We will be providing products which will be having historical significance and at the same time creating potential marketing opportunities, which will result in the increase of demand for our Flying Flea e-motorcycles. 

“During World War II, France was the birthplace of the affection for Flying Flea motorcycles. In the present day, Paris has evolved into a significant source of this design and culture, while also ranking as a leading electric two-wheeler market in Europe.” 

Alvisi also added, “This city, rich in culture and history, embodies not just our past but also our future aspirations for Flying Flea. Thus we are excited to announce the opening of our inaugural showroom of Flying Flea situated in Paris, thus solidifying our first step towards our long term commitment for the EV enthusiasts.”
