Sportier Skoda Elroq RS previewed ahead of its debut on April 3.

Skoda Auto posted a teaser on social media, featuring the heavily modified Elroq RS, which is a sportier version of the electric SUV, giving a first reveal of the exterior and interior design of the Elroq RS. The manufacturer is all set to introduce the SUV on April 3, 2025 on its YouTube channel.
Skoda Elroq RS Design
The Elroq RS Features the brand’s signature Hyper green paint, exclusively available for the RS models. Visually, the classic colour gives the SUV a distinctive yet sportier look. This colour scheme also comes with the Skoda Octavia RS, earlier displayed at the Auto Expo.
The Elroq RS gets additional styling inserts such as redesigned front bumper, blacked out “Skoda” branding with added roof rails, ORVMs and highlighted RS badging above the front fenders, which are unique to the Elroq RS. It also gets equipped with new ‘Skoda Crystal Lighting’ on the tail-lights.
The alloy wheels are similar to the Skoda Vision 7S concept, and are aero-optimised, featuring a coloured strip matching the body colour. The regular Elroq available in the international markets, gets standard 21-Inch wheels.
Interior Details
Skoda has also revised the interiors to match up with the exterior design by adding a RS badging on the steering wheel, with an addition of sports seats. Apart from this, Skoda did not reveal the exact details about the interior of Elroq RS. However, it is expected that just like other RS cars, Elroq version may also feature a dark headliner and sportier seats.
It may also get a 13-inch central infotainment screen, heads up display, ambient lights, and a wireless charging pad, which are likely to be standard in the Elroq RS.
Skoda Elroq RS Battery & Range
Skoda has not revealed the technical specifications of Elroq RS, but Skoda may power the Elroq RS with the larger 85 kWh battery pack (52 kWh and 59 kWh are the options in this range), just like the Enyaq RS. It is expected to generate 326 Hp of power, integrated with a RWD motor.
The standard Elroq RS provides a range of 560 Km on the WLTP cycle, but there could be a significant reduction in range due to added performance.
Expected India Launch
Skoda India is planning to launch their first electric vehicle by September 2025. The expected top contenders for India launch could be among Skoda Enyaq, Enyaq coupe, and Elroq, however the company has not confirmed the launch of Elroq RS in India.
However, the Enyaq and Elroq models were displayed at the Auto Expo 2025, and have also been spotted undergoing testing on Indian roads, so it would be interesting to see which car Skoda brings to Indian roads.
