Ultraviolette successfully raised USD 45 million in its Series E funding round, with support from Zoho and Lingotto.
Ultraviolette has announced that they have raised a total of USD 45 million as a part of its ongoing Series E funding round. The latest investment has been backed by Zoho Corporation, which is an Indian technology company, and Lingotto, an investment management firm situated in Europe.
The company states that the capital will be utilised in domestic and international expansion of products such as F77 and X-47, and development of future electric platforms such as Shockwave and Tesseract. Zoho’s participation was led by Sridhar Vembu, Mani Vembu, and Kumar Vembu.
Ultraviolette has recently launched the X-47 crossover electric motorcycle which has witnessed a strong demand across the country. The company has also expanded its operations across the network of 30 cities within 12 months and has aimed to reach 100 cities by mid-2026.
The performance-oriented F77 electric motorcycle has been recently unveiled in the global markets like the United Kingdom, and Ultraviolette has spread their presence across 12 European countries.
