The subsidiary of Vinfast, defined as Vinfast Auto India has joined forces with RoadGrid, which is an EV charging and aftersales solutions provider. The main objective of this strategic alliance is to enhance Vinfast's charging and service infrastructure in the country. 

The partnership will also be focussing on establishing the operations before the launch of upcoming electric cars by Vinfast, and setting up around 120 service workshops before the delivery commences. 

Strategic Partnerships Vision

The vision behind this partnership includes setting up additional service workshops managed by various providers, including RoadGrid, in order to solidify the aftersales process in India. This joint effort will be supporting service delivery by providing seamless connectivity to real-time charging, diagnostic-oriented services, and digital integration. 

The companies stated that this integrated approach will help in establishing an improved EV ecosystem for Vinfast which are soon going to debut with their latest offerings in the Indian market. 

Talking about RoadGrid’s network in India, they provide EV charging solutions and aftersales services across various metro cities in India by concentrating on a developed infrastructure that improves the electric mobility and fleet operators. 

The CEO of VinFast Asia, Mr Pham Sanh Sahu expressed his views on the collaboration and said, “The vision of Vinfast is to build a superior and developed EV ecosystem which just helps to increase the accessibility of convenient charging in cities by providing long-term customer support. By collaborating with RoadGrid, we have ensured to give a reliable charging experience and quality service to our Vinfast consumers.”

The CEO of RoadGrid, Mr. Deepesh Shrinath, shared his thoughts on this strategic partnership, stating, "Vinfast’s entry into India’s developing electric industry marks a significant milestone and we are proud to be associated with their journey. By partnering, we will be redefining the EV ecosystem by providing futuristic infrastructure, real-time connectivity and a developed service network.”
