Xiaomi SUV Introduces the YU7 Electric SUV, featuring a stunning range of 835 Km.

Xiaomi has presented their innovative electric SUV, the YU7, to the global market. The YU7 symbolises “Riding the Wind”. True to these words, the YU7 is an exceptional electric luxury SUV with impressive performance and variety of features. 

Visually, the YU7 SUV’s design is similar to the Xiaomi SU7, but it has got some unique inserts which makes it stand out from the traditional SUVs and have their own iconic bold stance. 

Xiaomi YU7 Design

The YU7 is an audacious SUV, measuring 5 meters in length, and bears a striking similarity to the SU7. It has a width of 1,996 mm and an imposing height of 1,600 mm with a substantial 3,000 mm wheelbase. 

This bold SUV comes with an option of three nature inspired paint finishes which are Emerald Green, Titanium Silver, and Lava Orange. 

Xiaomi YU7 Battery & Performance 

Xiaomi has powered the YU7 with multiple battery pack options that are available with three variants to choose from: Standard, Pro, and Max, each equipped with different powertrains and provides range accordingly. 

• STANDARD: The base model is packed with a 96.3 kWh battery pack and provides a significant range of 835 Km (CLTC). 

• PRO (AWD): The Pro variant comes with an all-wheel drive technology and is powered by the same 96.3 kWh battery pack, providing a decent range figure of 760 Km, which is significantly less than the base model. 

• MAX (AWD): This is a top-spec model in the YU7 range and packs a bigger 101.7 kWh battery pack, packed with AWD tech, it provides 770 Km of range on a single charge. 

The YU7 SUV will be legendary as it will support an 800V silicon high-voltage advanced charging platform and has the capability to charge up to a peak voltage of 897V, which is next level charging power. 

The maximum charging rate is termed at 5.2C, which can charge from 10-80% in just 12 minutes of time and has the ability to boost a range of 620 Km in just 15 minutes of rapid charging, that's impressive!!

POWER: If we talk about technical specifications, the YU7 can generate power and go up to a highest 22,000 RPM, with a peak torque extraction of 528 Nm, producing a massive 508kW of maximum Power, offering blazing fast performance. With these impressive performance figures, the YU7 can reach from 0-100 in just 3.23 seconds and a top speed of 253 Kmph.
