Citroen eC3 facelift previewed before its official launch.

Citroen has teased the eC3 facelift as its official launch is just around the corner. The last update was nearly a year ago since the launch of the updated C3. Now the French manufacturer will be using a similar makeover for the eC3.

The upcoming Citroen eC3 facelift will house refreshing styling tweaks and will come with an updated set of features. The electric version will also get the ‘X’ suffix branding just like the ICE counterpart.

Citroen eC3 Facelift Design 

Visually, The Citroen eC3 facelift will be retaining the similar design to the updated C3. However, the facelift is likely to feature LED headlamps and front LED fog lamps. Other design highlights include pre-facelift models with refreshed bumpers and wheels, with a variety of new colour options including single-tone and dual-tone. 

Citroen eC3 Facelift Features

Citroen will be heavily updating the cabin with a 7-inch digital driver’s display from the updated C3. The top-spec variants of the eC3 facelift will include features such as 360-Degree camera system, auto-dimming inner rearview mirror (IRVM) and six airbags. It will also add redesigned AC vents and dimpled pattern on the dashboard. 

The standard features will be retained from the previous model such as fabric-upholstered seats and 10.21-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay.

Citroen eC3 Facelift Battery & Power

The Citroen eC3 is expected to be powered by the same 29.2 kWh battery pack paired with a single front electric motor churning out 57 hp of max power and 143 Nm of peak torque, with a claimed top-speed of 107 km/hr. The EV comes with a standard 3.3 kW AC charger and has a claimed range of 246 km on a single charge.
