The latest teaser for the Mahindra XEV 9S reveals new information.

Mahindra is currently gearing up for its launch of its third all-electric SUV, the XEV 9S in India and the company has recently unveiled its teasers to provide a glimpse of what it would look like. The latest teaser has presented fresh information about the model’s interiors and feature list. The upcoming Mahindra XEV 9S is slated to launch on November 27 as the premium three-row SUV in their EV lineup. 

The XEV 9S will be based on the dedicated INGLO architecture as it will be coming with a longer wheelbase as compared to the XEV 9e in order to fit an extra third row of seats. The video clip also provides a glimpse into the XEV 9S’s cabin, which features a blacked-out design and seat upholstery in a perforated material with a silver plate and contrast stitching. 

Mahindra XEV 9S Expected Features

The occupants will be entitled to a Harmon Kardon audio system which will be carried over from the BE 6 and the XEV 9e, while the cabin will be having a similar triple-screen setup on the dashboard. The interiors are crafted with soft-touch materials and the SUV will also come with memory functionality for the seats. 

Other features include ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, a powered tailgate, and a Level-2 ADAS suite. 

Mahindra XEV 9S Technical Details & Battery Details

Mahindra has not revealed the exact technical details of the XEV 9S but it is expected that it will be having the same specifications as the top-spec XEV 9e. The upcoming SUV will also borrow the same battery setup that includes a 75 kWh battery pack providing 656 Km of claimed range on a single charge. 

The XEV 9e will also get a smaller 59 kWh battery pack specifically for the lower-spec variants and will be providing a claimed range of 542 Km on a single charge.
