Tata Harrier EV is witnessing a tremendous demand as the top of the line variants of the electric SUV have an extended waiting period of up to 10 weeks. Tata launched the Harrier EV back in June 2025 and is the flagship EV in their entire lineup. This electric SUV is available at a starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 28.99 lakh for the top-spec variant. (Home Charger Installation cost is not included)
Tata Harrier EV Waiting Period in November 2025
The mid-spec and top of the line models such as Fearless+ (Rs 23.99 - 24.99 lakh) and Empowered (Rs 27.49- 28.99 lakh) are gaining traction with buyers, with waiting periods stretching for both 65 kWh and 75 kWh configurations from 8-10 weeks irrespective of whether you choose the AC fast charger (ACFC) or not.
On the other hand, the Harrier EV Stealth Edition gets a cosmetic package at an additional price of Rs 75,000 premium in the Empowered trim which also comes at the same waiting period. We have mentioned the variant-wise breakdown of the Harrier EV waiting months in November.

Tata Harrier EV Battery & Range
The Harrier EV can be opted for either a 65 kWh or a substantial 75 kWh battery pack, and both are rear-mounted motors developing 238 HP and 315 Nm of peak torque. AWD is also available on top of the line Empowered 75 variant where an additional motor is added to the front axle and develops a combined power of 313 HP and 504 Nm of peak torque.
The Harrier EV 75 kWh RWD provides a significant range of 627 Km on a single charge and claims to offer the highest range in their total portfolio. The AWD variants are also providing a decent range of 622 Km, while the standard 65 kWh Harrier EV claims 538 Km on a single charge.
