VinFast Indian Dealership Network
VinFast is following the strategy of setting up their dealerships in major cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Cochin, Bhubaneshwar, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Coimbatore, Surat, Calicut, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Shimla, Agra, Jhansi, Gwalior, Vapi, Baroda, and Goa.
According to VinFast, they have analysed the EV trends in India and have selected the cities on the basis of growing EV adoption and infrastructure availability. By the end of 2025, the company aims to increase its dealership network to a total of 35 outlets.
Pham Sanh Chau, the CEO of VinFast Asia, shared his thoughts on India's dealer infrastructure, stating, "We are privileged to collaborate with the most esteemed Partner Groups in India and have formulated a comprehensive strategy in order to develop and grow high-quality retail and service networks. This strategic alliance will solidify our market presence and will be able to deliver a seamless user experience by establishing reliability, consumer trust, and a developed EV ecosystem.

Vinfast has also set relationships with local players to develop its after-sales services and customer support in order to provide a superior user experience. The company has teamed up with Global Assure for round-the-clock roadside assistance, call center support, and mobile service options.
They have also done strategic alliances with myTVS and RoadGrid for EV charging solutions across India and a dedicated after-sales service. The development of battery recycling and repurposing will be undertaken by BatX Energies.
VinFast VF6 & VF7
Vinfast’s latest offerings, VF6 & VF7 will be locally manufactured in India at the company’s in-house facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. Both models will be supplied through a CKD route from Vietnam and will be facing stiff competition in mid-SUV and compact SUV segments.
The VF6 will be positioned more to budget and affordable consumers, while the VF7 is crafted for more premium consumers and will compete with Mahindra XEV 9e, and BYD Atto 3.
