Volvo will be soon introducing the EX60 to the global markets on January 21, the EX60 will be powered with state-of-the-art, AI powered technology. The EX60 will be the first model of the brand to be underpinned by a new platform, which is specifically made for EVs. Volvo will be positioning it between the new EX30 and flagship EX90.

Volvo EX60 Design Details

The latest teaser showcases a glimpse of EX60’s interior, featuring a large, floating tablet-inspired infotainment touchscreen that is placed at the center of the dashboard. There could be an addition of a multi-function steering wheel enabled with touch-based controls and a slim display placed on the steering wheel. 

It is expected that Volvo will be replacing the physical controls with voice-based commands, as the mid-size SUV will be powered with AI-powered tech. 

Volvo EX60 Advanced Technology & Features

The EX60 will be equipped with the Snapdragon Auto Connectivity Platform, inspired by the Qualcomm Technologies, thus it will provide seamless connectivity and can access four years of complimented unlimited data.

The EX60 will also feature HuginCore advanced safety technology, which constantly reads and analyses its surroundings with its sensors which results with an accurate and precise view of its surroundings. 

Volvo EX60 Battery & Range

Volvo has not revealed the exact battery specs and power figures, but the company has claimed that the EX60 will provide class-leading range of 810 Km on a single charge, which is even more than any other Volvo car in the lineup. 

It will also be integrated with all-wheel drive configuration. According to the company, The EX60 has the capability to add 340 Km of range in just ten minutes, while utilising a 400 kW fast charger.
