The Honda WN7 electric bike's specifications were presented at EICMA 2025.
Honda has finally revealed the technical specifications of their first electric bike, the WN7. These specifications were presented at the EICMA 2025, alongside other motorcycle introductions like the CB1000GT and V3R.
Honda WN7 Technical Specifications
Honda first showcased the FUN concept at EICMA last year and was teasing the electric bike on various occasions, with heavily testing the bike in Europe at the beginning of 2025. Honda has already launched the WN7 in Europe only and now it has revealed the full specifications of this model.
According to Honda, they have positioned their electric bike specifically for the younger generation audience that are looking to upgrade their budget ICE motorcycles to fun-to-ride electric bikes with unmatched power and thrill.
POWER: The WN7 comes with a 9.3 kWh battery pack with two motor options, 11 kW and 18 kW. The smaller 11 kW motor generates a power of 11.2 kW and the substantial 18 kW version produces 50 kW of peak power output with torque remaining the same at 100 Nm for both the motors.

This positions the WN7 under the A1 and A2 license category in Europe. The claimed range is also differentiating as the slower model provides a slightly longer range of 153 Km on a single charge as compared to 140 Km on the faster model. The top speed of the 18 kW model is rated at 129 kph.
Honda WN7 Battery & Suspension
The battery can be charged either by normal Type2 charger or the faster CCS2 charger that is mainly used for electric cars. The power of the WN7 can be tapped via four driving modes such as Standard, Sport, Rain, Econ and can also control the levels of traction control.
Users can also adjust levels of regenerative braking and deceleration power from 0 to level 3 (Max) through thumb paddles present on the left handlebar. Honda is also utilising a hollow aluminium monocoque chassis with the battery pack as a stressed member. The frame features a 43 mm Showa USD fork and a monoshock.

The braking system is powered by Nissin dual-piston calipers with 296 mm discs, and a mono piston rear caliper with a 256 mm disc. Other safety features include cornering ABS control offered via the IMU linked system that can be controlled via 5-inch TFT dash.
The WN7 is an all-electric bike from Honda and apart from its launch in Europe, the company has presented five motorcycles with its advanced E-clutch technology with its latest V3R prototype. Stay tuned for more updates on Honda and other coverages from the EICMA 2025.
