Hyundai showcases the upcoming Ioniq sedan through the Venus concept.
Hyundai, after launching their Ioniq all-electric brand in China, has just introduced two new concept cars, which reflects the design language to be implemented on future Ioniq models. The Venus concept under the Hyundai brand is one of them which the carmaker has addressed that the future Ioniq models will be branded after planets specifically for the Chinese markets.
Hyundai Venue Concept Design Details
According to Hyundai, the Venus sedan concept takes styling inspiration from the planet Venus. This is achieved by giving it a “Radiant Gold” colour paint. At the front, it is equipped with slim LED DRLs that represent the letter ‘H’ in two halves with an illuminated Hyundai logo.
AdvertisementThe bumper also houses a sharp design with wider air vents and black finish for the splitter. The roof is frame-structured and lightweight in order to reduce the overall weight of the car and is further distinguished by a single curve. The alloy wheels are styled with dual-tone finish and the rear gets a spoiler.

Coming to the inside, the wraparound cabin is complimented with a grey colour theme integrated with gold accents and stitching. The steering wheel is three-spoke featuring a column-mounted gear lever. The dashboard is covered by a substantial infotainment screen that also acts as a passenger display.
The seats come with suede upholstery and get chrome gold highlights with a high-center console featuring two wireless phone charging pads and storage spaces.

Hyundai Venue Concept: Will it Come to India?
As per Hyundai, the Venus concept is exclusively engineered for Chinese markets as there is no confirmation about the production-spec on Indian roads. Currently, the manufacturer is only selling the Ioniq 5. However, its facelift is expected to be launched in the coming months.
