Quantum Energy is all set to enter into a strategic alliance with EMO Energy in order to develop Quantum Bziness EMO, which is an all-new electric scooter specifically designed for commercial last-mile delivery and fleet operations in India. 

This model will be incorporating the engineering of Quantum Energy integrated with the liquid-cooled battery system of EMO Energy, catered for commercial daily uses. 

Quantum Bziness EMO Technical Details

The Quantum Bziness EMO will be equipped with a 2 kWh ZenPac battery packed sourced by EMO Energy. It will be providing a claimed range of up to 80 Km on a single charge and a claimed top speed of 50 km/hr. The scooter also supports fast charging and can be charged in just 20 minutes using EMO’s fast charger.

The prime use-case of this scooter involves commercial delivery applications, as the scooter comes with a payload capacity of up to 200 Kg. It generates power from a hub mounted electric motor producing a peak power of 2,500 W and comes with 12-inch wheels integrated with a combined braking system. 

Quantum E-scooters

Quantum Energy will be having a total of 100 dedicated service and sales touchpoints across the country. With this partnership, EMO Energy & Quantum Energy are planning to develop 10,000 electric scooters over the period of 12 months in order to ramp up the last-mile delivery operations. 

As a part of its manufacturing strategy, Quantum Energy has started their operations at their greenfield facility situated in Maheshwaram, which is expanded across 6 acres. 

  • Phase 1 comprises 55,000 sq. ft. of built-up area and is expected to be started by March 2026 with a monthly production capacity of 10,000 units. 
  • Phase 2 will be diversifying the facility to 1,50,000 sq. ft. by mid-2026, ramping up the production capacity to 20,000 units per month, for seamless supply.
