Raptee introduces a new multi-purpose electric bike T30 which is “Built like a Car”

The Chennai based startup, Raptee has started a revolutionary segment of electric bikes where they have launched an electric multipurpose bike called as T30, which is capable of performing functions of a car. They have further described the electric bike as “built like a car”. 

According to the company, this isn’t just a conventional electric bike but a new innovative mobility of two-wheelers. Let’s understand the unique features of this new electric bike. 

The “Car” DNA in an Electric Bike

The T30’s real power lies in its advanced High Voltage (HV) technology, which uses the same technology as used in high-performance electric cars such as Tesla. The company has smartly integrated this technology into the T30 which ensures thrilling performance with less heat and an efficient battery life. 

This technology isn’t just for the marketing of the electric bike, as it is capable of accelerating the electric bike from 0-60 km/hr in just 3.5 seconds, with a claimed top speed of 135 km/hr, which is quite impressive. 

Raptee T30 Advance Charging Technology

The Raptee T30 has become the first electric motorcycle to feature a standard CCS2 car charger, which means the electric bike is eligible for charging in every charging station across the country, thus increasing its accessibility to a network of over 13,000 charging points across India. 

This means you can also charge your electric bike on the same charging stations as EV cars like the Tata Nexon EV. It also has a fast charging support and can charge the electric bike from 20-80% in just 36 minutes.

The T30 is also equipped with segment first features such as a 7-inch touchscreen, smart maps, and an addition of a reverse mode for seamless parking.
