Renault unveiled its 800V Commercial Trafic E-Tech

Renault has just taken the wraps off its latest 800-Volt electric van, the Trafic E-Tech at the transport trade fair organised in France. This van is specially designed for business to move with seamless efficiency and providing unmatched comfort. 

Rapid Charging redefining Advanced Logistics

The highly advanced 800V architecture is one of the highlights of Renault’s upcoming electric van as it has a capability to rapidly charge from 15% to 80% in just 20 minutes, thus eradicating the range anxiety and downtime, which is the biggest fear of owning an EVs especially for commercial fleet operators. 

Renault Trafic E-Tech Power, Range, and Features

Keeping away the speed, the Trafic E-Tech is specifically developed for commercial purposes as it comes powered with a strong 150 kW electric motor, offering an impressive range of 450 Km on a single charge integrated with the NMC battery pack. 

The commercial electric van will have a payload of 1.25-Ton and provide a significant 5.8 meters of cargo space as it handles commercial heavy-duty tasks seamlessly. 

The Trafic E-Tech also comes with advanced features such as Android-powered operating system that provides access to smartphone-like cloud updates and various customised apps, thus making it flexible to every kind of operation from ambulances to refrigerated delivery. 

Renault will be launching the Trafic E-Tech in Europe in late 2026 as the commercial van will be revolutionizing the global commercial EV market.
