Mahindra XEV 9e Battery Replacement Costs & Expenses 2026

The XEV 9e sits at the top of Mahindra’s EV lineup and is a flagship product by Mahindra offered with two battery pack sizes, 59 kWh, and larger 79 kWh battery pack. The replacement cost of the battery can range from Rs 5-10 lakhs, depending on the battery pack you choose. 

The XEV 9e battery pack uses advanced battery technology (Blade cells), which are often replaced as a complete unit.

Mahindra XEV 9e Battery Warranty

Mahindra offers lifetime battery warranty for 79 kWh and 59 kWh battery pack variants. However, it is only applicable for first registered owners only and only valid through private registration. In case of the second owner, warranty on the high-voltage battery will be applicable for 10 years or 2,00,000 Km, whichever comes first.
