Ather has established 500 service centers all over India

Ather has announced that they have over 500 operational service centers functioning nationwide, thus marking a big step towards development of a proper after-sales network as the company is continually working towards enhancing their presence across the country.

According to Ather, they are building service support in every city where the company has their dealerships. This strategic move will further help Ather to diversify into newer markets and ramp up volumes across different segments.

Apart from expansion of network, the company will be also investing heavily to improve the service experience of consumers by enhancing the service quality. The company has claimed that their ‘Gold Service Centers’ which are equipped with customer lounges, advanced service equipment, and streamlined processes will be further improved to provide a clear transparency and increasing efficiency.

Ather has also introduced an ExpressCare initiative which involves a 60 min periodic maintenance program currency implemented at 82 centers which also includes 60-minute turnaround times for proper routine servicing.

In FY2026 alone, the company has expanded its service footprint from 277 centers to 500 centers. This expansion is implemented due to the rising demands for Ather’s product lineup which includes the 450 sporty scooter range and the Rizta family scooter.

The company has also announced that they are increasing their presence specifically in the Tier-1 and Tier-II cities and has a vision of opening 700 Experience Centers by FY2026.
