Ather introduces the Service Carnival for the festive season, featuring special offers and vehicle checkups.

Ather Energy Limited has started Ather Service Carnival, which is a limited-period maintenance initiative scheduled all over the country from October 9 to 18, 2025. The campaign is introduced by the company to provide various opportunities for Ather EV owners in order to ensure that their e-scooters are working optimally in a perfect condition throughout the festival season.
The Bengaluru-based company has offered a variety of services with their new carnival which includes different services and exclusive benefits, making normal servicing more affordable and exciting for consumers across its growing network across India.
The Ather Service Carnival comprises free 15-point vehicle health check-up, available at the closest service stations of the company. This comprehensive assessment includes every specific detail of the scooter, covering key scooter components such as brakes, tyres, suspension, and electronic items.
This thorough check-up helps the owners to figure out potential issues at the early stage, ensuring reliability and safety of Ather scooters for everyday use and longer rides, thus providing seamless trips.
Festival Discounts on Maintenance Services
Apart from the health check-up, this particular campaign is also offering various festive season discounts on various maintenance services. Users can avail benefits of 10% discount on paid labour and brake pads, and an additional 15% discount on painted body parts, followed by 20% discount on polish services.
These offers help in further reduction of overall cost of maintenance. Appointments and additional information regarding services are available across Ather’s service centers, which constitute a total of 400 across India as of September 30, 2025.

The Service Carnival is the integral part of Ather’s strategic move in order to improve the overall service experience which is already supported by many programs such as Ather Care service plans, Ather ExpressCare, and the Gold Service Centers, which are premium service centers which are designed to provide a superior and more premium service at no additional cost.

Expanding the Network and Widening the Reach.
Ather is constantly working on evolving its retail and manufacturing reach in India. The company has recently recorded an impressive milestone of developing 500 Experience Centers across India and is aiming to expand up to 700 by the end of FY26.
If we talk about the manufacturing, Ather is currently running two facilities which includes one for the vehicle assembly situated in Hosur, Tamil Nadu and the other focussing on battery production. Ather is also working on introducing its third facility as (Factory 3.0) in Bidkin, Maharashtra, thus catering to the rising demand of consumers and at the same time developing its overall support infrastructure in order to increase its presence in the Indian market.
